2008 SBMSBL Information
With the 2008 season right around the corner, there are many things happening in the SBMSBL. Saturday May 3rd is the big "PROS -VS- JOES" fundraiser game with the Shreveport Sports to raise money and awareness for the Prostate Cancer Foundation. 100% of
the ticket sales and auction items will be donated, as well as 100% of the profits made on the sale of the commemorative hats (see picture above).
A game is also scheduled against a group of traveling Military All-Stars on Memorial Day.
This year, their are a few adjustments to the 27+ League:
*Each team can have 25 year old players (average age must be 32)
*One 25+ can pitch per team.
