STEP 4: Assign Access Rights Before you enter further information, you must assign access rights to members of your organization that will be working on the league as well. You, as the creator of the league, will have full administrative rights at all times, but that's not the case for everyone. The next step takes you to the "League Maintenence" screen, where administrative rights are set. Click the League Name next to the "Edit League" heading. It will be the name of the league you just created. In the example below, the league name is "World Sport."
