Setting up your Season Schedule in ScoreBook

step 1. From the Drop Down lists labeled "Step 1" Enter the Month, Day and Year that each game is to take place. Then enter the time the game is to begin.

step 2: The two Drop Down lists labeled "Teams" contain all of the teams that you have already entered (STEP: 8.)

  • Select the Away Team from the Drop Down List on the left.
  • Select the Home Team from the Drop Down List on the right.
  • Select the game location from the Drop Down List labeled "Location". This list will contain all of the locations that have been entered when the teams were created. If all of the locations are not entered, click "Create a New Location."
  • Enter a "Comment" if there is a message that pertains to that game in particular
step 3: Click "Save Game" The game you just created will be entered into the schedule below. Continue with steps 1-3 until all the game have been entered for the season.

*If you have elected to use a "conference structure" during your "Season Maintanance" (Step 3) then you will have an option here to select each game as a conference or non conference event. Nonconference games do not affect conference standings

step 4: If you make a mistake, check the "Delete" box

step 5: Click "Delete Selected" and the erroneous game will be deleted.

step 6: Click "Back" to continue... (Its time to Play Ball!)
