The first step is to create a player ID which will be used to reference the player in ScoreBook. It can be anything, but it is recommenced that you use something that pertains to the players identity and can be easily remembered. If you wish to create a unique ID for your player, it must contain only numbers (0-9) and letters (a-z.) Please do not us any other characters in the ID. ScoreBook will assign an ID if this field is left blank. Be sure to write it down.

In the future, this ID will also be the players personal "Web Address." For example, if you assign Joe Smith the Scorebook Player ID "jsmith" then the web address for his personal page will be: "http://www.scorebook.com/jsmith"

The "Assign to Team" dropdown will contain all of the teams that you created previously.

As you fill in player information assign each player to a team using this function.

If you do not assign each player to a team at this point, they will assume "Free Agent Status" and be in a pool of players to be selected by any team in ScoreBook.
