Leagues that are using ScoreBook for the second year
or more have an option copy existing teams from a list they have already
entered. That function takes place when you create a new season. (from
STEP: 3)
If this is your first season with ScoreBook, fill in all of the blanks
below.

Be sure to select a "Team Manager" and "Team Record Keeper"
from the "Team Manager" and "Team Record Keeper"
drop down lists. If you have not entered the player to assume the role
of Team Manager or/and Record Keeper, you may do so by clicking the
'Create new Manager/Record Keeper" links.
Be sure to give the Team Managers and Record Keepers their ScoreBook
IDs and Passwords so that they can enter ScoreBook and maintain the
team.
Click "Create a New Field Location" to assign an actual home
field location to you team.
If the Team you are creating has an existing web page outside of ScoreBook,
put the web address (ex. www.yourteam.com) in he blank titled "Link
http://" and you will be able to link to that page from the teams
ScoreBook page. The "Link Text" blank creates text that, when
clicked, will take you to the web address that you have placed in the
"Link http://" blank.
Note: The above steps will have to be done for each team.
